Algorithm Analysis: Coinhouse
Coinhouse is a well-established, regulated French crypto broker with a named team, legal entity, substantial funding, and strong AMF/MiCA authorization, making it a credible institutional exchange participant. Its live product and Canton Coin euro on-ramp show real network engagement, though CC is initially account-only and there is no visible Canton validator or featured-app activity. Documentation is the main gap, while its long operating history and regulatory standing support high maturity and transparency scores.

Coinhouse on Canton
Regulated French MiCA crypto broker that lets customers buy Canton Coin with euros and hold, sell or exchange it in their Coinhouse account
About Coinhouse
Coinhouse is a Paris-based crypto broker founded in 2014 as La Maison du Bitcoin by Éric Larchevêque and Thomas France, renamed Coinhouse in 2018 under a team led by CEO Nicolas Louvet, and in 2020 the first crypto company to obtain PSAN status from France's AMF. In May 2026 it became one of France's first crypto providers fully authorised under the EU's MiCA framework as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (AMF number A2026-013), covering seven services including brokerage, exchange, custody, transfers, investment advice and portfolio management, with an EU-wide passport. On September 1, 2026, Coinhouse added Canton Coin, announced alongside the lending protocol Morpho, so customers can buy CC with euros and hold, sell or exchange it inside their Coinhouse accounts. At launch CC is an on-platform asset: it cannot yet be deposited from or withdrawn to an external wallet.
