Next Finance Tech

Next Finance Tech Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based blockchain infrastructure company founded in 2021 by Soichiro Tokuriki and Shinya Tsuchida, who come from Goldman Sachs, that provides staking services to corporate clients and retail customers as a node operator. It also helps clients with validator setup, performance optimization, decentralized finance and blockchain system development, and consulting, and it runs Ledefi Research, a Japanese-language outlet covering DeFi protocols and blockchain infrastructure. Its supported networks include Ethereum, Solana, Babylon, Obol, SSV Network, Flare, TRON and Canton, it joined Injective's validator set in Japan, and it has a partnership agreement with the Korean infrastructure company DSRV. In April 2025, Coincheck Group (Nasdaq: CNCK), the holding company of one of Japan's largest crypto exchanges, completed its acquisition, and it continues to operate as a global blockchain infrastructure provider. On Canton, the Canton Foundation lists Next Finance Tech among its approved Node-as-a-Service providers and named it among the network's newest validator operators in May 2026, and in September 2026 it received an additional Canton MainNet validator allocation.
