Premia

Premia provides institutional prime services for digital asset markets, authorised and regulated in the United Kingdom by the FCA. Its services cover prime brokerage with access to more than 40 venues, algorithmic execution and smart order routing across spot, derivatives and tokenised instruments, OTC and block execution including RFQ across 12 liquidity providers, custody, securities lending and a platform. Its settlement layer offers atomic delivery-versus-payment with T+0 finality, need-to-know privacy in which only the parties to a trade see its details, and interoperability with more than 60 institutional counterparties, venues and custodians. Premia serves 38 institutional clients and manages more than $127 million in assets. On July 20, 2026, Premia acquired Raven Market, the Canton-native digital options protocol, in an all-cash transaction, taking over all of its products, technology, intellectual property, platform assets, data, models, simulations and infrastructure, which are being integrated into Premia's institutional offering as part of its digital asset strategy on the Canton Network, where it also operates as a validator.
