CIP-56 reference implementation

NFT-focused reference implementation of Canton Token Standard. Templates map to CIP-56 interfaces: NFToken to Holding, JubileeTransferFactory to TransferFactory, JubileeTrade to AllocationRequest. Splice v0.5.18 CIP-56 DARs vendored as data-dependencies.

Private NFT trading via DAML privacy

Trades invisible by default to everyone except parties involved. Built on Canton Daml signatory/observer model. Party-based ownership enforced via DAML controllers.

Atomic settlement (3-in-1)

Asset transfer plus payment settlement plus royalty distribution execute within a single atomic operation. No partial fills, no failed royalties, no escrow.

On-ledger CC offer escrow

Jubilee is built natively on Canton Network and adopts the CIP-56 token standard for NFT issuance and transfer, inheriting Canton's sub-transaction privacy guarantees for collector identities and bid history. Integrates with Nightly wallet (the primary Canton-native multichain wallet) so users connect, hold and trade NFTs directly from the Canton ecosystem. Partnered with CCTools for an early-access launch campaign distributing 1,000 invite codes and a 1,000 CC reward pool via raffle mechanic in May 2026, positioning CCTools as a discovery and onboarding layer for the marketplace. Future scope discussed includes NFT mint primitives for CCTools profile cards, badges and a potential Canton Passport identity layer.
