01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CC Tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02

The Service

CC Tools is a community toolkit for the Canton Network ecosystem. The Service provides analytics, calculators, portfolio tracking, ecosystem listings, rewards information, and related features.

Information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service.

03

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we suspect of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

04

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing intervals, and features of each plan are presented at the point of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

05

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: scraping the Service at volumes that interfere with normal operation; attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; reverse engineering non-open components; uploading malicious code; impersonating others; and using the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate these restrictions.

06

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, copy, branding, and aggregated data presentations, is owned by CC Tools and its contributors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Community-submitted content (project listings, opportunities, comments) remains the property of the submitter, but by submitting it you grant CC Tools a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service, including through the CC Tools API and its paid plans, and to grant API customers a sublicense to display it inside their own products, for that purpose only, under the CC Tools API terms.

07

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

Blockchain data, token prices, rewards estimates, and third-party information displayed on the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify critical information independently before acting on it.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC Tools and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to CC Tools in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

09

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CC Tools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
