LayerZero FAQ
Connected Projects
LayerZero integrates with Canton Network as its first omnichain interoperability protocol, announced March 26, 2026. The integration lets issuers on any of 165+ supported chains bring assets onto Canton (where institutional flows including U.S. Treasury repo volume exceed $350B daily) and lets Canton-native tokenized assets, such as bonds, repos, money market funds, mortgages, private equity, and encapsulated crypto assets like CBTC, move outward to public chains. The collaboration was announced jointly by LayerZero Labs and Digital Asset, with Eric Saraniecki (Digital Asset co-founder) framing Canton as the institutional rail and LayerZero as the public-chain connector. LayerZero brings $95B in assets secured across 750+ applications.
